Registration Policies

Because of a series of problems and miscommunications with registrations over the last several years and the change in venue for the winter retreat, I have had to make some adjustments to how I'm handling the registration process and how refunds work. Please take the time to read this.

You are not confirmed unless you've paid in full

 

Payment for the winter retreat is made directly to the venue and all reservations must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made. 

Payment for the summer retreat is made to me, either through Venmo (preferred) or by sending me a check.

 

Refunds

For the winter retreat, cancellation before January 15th will result in a 100% refund. No refunds are possible after January 15th.

For the summer retreat, as long as I have the 16 people I need to meet the minimum for the campground, I am able to issue a full refund at any time up to a week before the start of the retreat.

Fully Trained Service Animals Only (Winter Retreat)

Animals simply cannot be accommodated at the winter retreat lodging unless they are fully-trained, official service animals. No "service animal in training". No "emotional support animal". They will be expected to be working, in their vests, with appropriate papers/documentation. Their care is wholly the responsibility of their owner and there should be no expectation of assistance from anyone else at the retreat (unless agreed upon prior to arrival by someone attending with the owner). Because of past experiences I will be asking for proof of training going forward, if someone needs to bring a service animal..
